Built for the summers.

Six acres of recreation inside a gated property: pool, tennis, shuffleboard, gardens, gazebo and barbecues, with lounges, a library and a games room for the rest of the year.

Most condominium amenity packages are a room. At Fairways they are a landscape.

Because the towers occupy only a fraction of the six-acre site, the remainder is given over to courts, decks, gardens and lawn. In July the property behaves more like a resort than an address, and in January the interior common rooms carry the same job.

Security & service

Gated, staffed, and quiet about it.

Vehicles enter through one controlled gatehouse. Security manages the entrance twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and a concierge is at the lobby desk on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The management office is on site and administered by Crossbridge Condominium Services.

The amenities are not the only thing bundled.

Heat, hydro, central air conditioning, water, cable television, parking and building insurance are all covered by the monthly maintenance fee, alongside the common elements and grounds.
